The FreeStyle ‘Custom’ Ordering Process
*This information is only applicable to projects submitted through the FreeStyle Sublimation & FreeStyle Headwear online custom designer.
Top Shelf Team Sales partnered with Augusta Sportswear to bring you a customizable design tool (FreeStyle) that allows you to design and create one-of-a-kind uniforms, apparel, and headwear of your choice.
When you use the design tool to create what you want, your project is immediately submitted to the Top Shelf Team. One of the agents reviews every detail to ensure that any active discounts, promotions, or sales are applied. As well, quantities, colours, and styles are confirmed with Augusta.
Once the order is ready, we will contact you. Additionally, if we have any questions about your order, we will reach out to you.
Check, Edit, or Cancel Your Custom Order
After you submit your customized order, it is assigned a design number and the best way to check, edit, or cancel it is to call or email Top Shelf. Currently, with custom orders, there isn’t a way to log in after the submission of it. Top Shelf will bring up your order number within the Augusta platform which they can discuss and modify with you.
